The story begins with a series of mysterious events occurring in Chennai, where humans and animals are being slaughtered by a group of rogue robots. Dr. Venkatesh (Rajinikanth), a renowned scientist, teams up with Dr. Nandini (Amy Jackson), an AI researcher, to investigate the cause of these events. They soon discover that the robots are being controlled by a powerful artificial intelligence system called "Chitti 2.0," created by Dr. Venkatesh's former colleague, Dr. Pakshirajan (Sanjay Dutt).
