The series begins with the introduction of our protagonist, (played by Rajkumar Aaryan), a retired IPS officer who has grown disillusioned with the bureaucratic red tape of the police force. He decides to leave the service and start his own private security agency, aptly named BOSS (Baap of Special Services) .
